I have had heartburn for many many years. I have taken prescription medicine for it and liquids and other pills. Curist Heartburn Relief works for me. At some point in my life, after decades of drinking various carbonated neverages, my stomach began rebelling. Long story short, after an endoscopy which showed a very bright red spot on my internal stomach wall that was close to bursting through the wall, I was given a list of foods and drinks to avoid.
