Got mine for $42 in store Naples Florida. PENN is known for good quality. For an entry level $42 rod and reel it’s a steal! I fish daily in the Everglades and it’s been great. The rod has caught several Tarpon over 20 lbs with no problem. Running 20 lbs Yo-zumi braided. About to try some 30lbs. I’ll let you know how it goes. Definitely worth every PENNy! :D
