Its nice. Assembly wasn't hard, but they forgot to put the instructions in the box. This would have made assembly incredibly easy.

The product itself is very nice, quality product

The box came and appeared to be in tact, however, when you opened the box the parts were all loose and several screws were missing. My husband was able to find replacement pieces so I did not contact anyone.

Great item, priced well

I bought this to use as a toy box for my granddaughter and it's great. I expected it to be white and it is a more yellow based ivory. It was missing a couple screws and the joints aren't perfectly fitting together but overall it's fine for the function. Very nice people to work with. A great company
