Worth the wait!
I started taking this probiotic daily about 7 weeks ago. I've noticed over the past few weeks that my appetite has been reducing. I'd say I'm eating about half the portions I normally would at the moment. My weight gain has plateaued and I think in a few more weeks I'll start to see results. This works - stick with it.
