Great!

I've been taking Omega-3s with SPMs for a few months now, and I've really noticed a difference. Unlike regular omega-3 supplements, these seem to do more than just reduce inflammation – they actively help my body recover faster. I've struggled with joint pain and stiffness, especially after workouts, and since adding SPMs to my routine, the discomfort has significantly reduced. I feel less sluggish, and my overall energy levels have improved as well. Natural PRMs

Its a natural source for Pro Resolving Mediators and also for Specialized PRMs as well. Its a rare find. Its a little expensive, but seems to be worth it. PRMs are very good for the brain if you are having issues with focus or trauma (or at least that is what I have read, but everyone should do their own research).

Save your time and your health, give them a try!

These are great! I'll take some in addition to my fish/krill oil blend to give me an extra brain boost when doing more taxing tasks. I feel like my night vision is sharper and somehow i never burp any of carlsons products. The nutritional value to the size of capsule you take in this omega-3 supplement is outstanding. No funny tastes, no problem swallowing. Its become my go-to recommendation (and my own daily supplement) for people who have issues with the taste of liquids and don't want to swallow bigger capsules. I'll definitely be buying more in the future. Save your time and your health, give them a try!
