These chairs are exactly as described. This is what I wanted. They seem to be made well but have not had them very long. The test of time will determine how I would rate them in the future. The instructions are clear as to what screws/bolts go where, but the order that you do, is not very clear. I suggest that you put the swivel on the bottom seat section first before you add the back and arms.

Table and chairs are strong, durable, and well powder coated in a deep, rich brown color. The table top is a faux wood out of composite material but rich looking and durable. The chairs’ swivel bases are rugged and smooth turning and all four legs have a screw in/out adjustment for leveling. The customer service was right on when I emailed a question. I am pleased with my purchase
