Your Sealy products was manufactured and distributed under license by Domus Vita Inc. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaserâs sole and exclusive remedy. Through this warranty, Domus Vita Inc. warrants that all products sold under this agreement shall be free of any defects in parts and workmanship if used under normal conditions. This is the only warranty made by Domus Vita Inc. and is made in lieu of implied warranties of merchantability or ï¿½tness for any particular purpose. Parts or Workmanship Defects: In the unlikely event that any parts or workmanship are defective, will, at Domus Vita Inc.âs discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge (parts only) to the original purchaser for the duration of the productâs full warranty. Damaged Item - Won't Repair

We received the item and it was damaged, had a hole in the bottom corner of the arm. When we reported the issue, Sealy did send someone out to repair the item, but the technician said the material could not be repaired and suggested that the arm be replaced. When I reported this to Sealy, the suddenly claimed that their packages are thoroughly inspected for quality before shipping and are certain the product was not damaged when received, and now they refuse to help with repairing the item. I strongly disagree that the item was not damaged before shipment and have been given no proof of an inspection taking place.
