Congratulations on your Sealy purchase! You will enjoy a Sealy limited lifetime exclusive warranty, subject to terms and conditions, of course. Your Sealy products was manufactured and distributed under license by Domus Vita Inc. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy. Through this warranty, Domus Vita Inc. warrants that all products sold under this agreement shall be free of any defects in parts and workmanship if used under normal conditions. This is the only warranty made by Domus Vita Inc. and is made in lieu of implied warranties of merchantability or �tness for any particular purpose. Parts or Workmanship Defects: In the unlikely event that any parts or workmanship are defective, will, at Domus Vita Inc.’s discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge (parts only) to the original purchaser for the duration of the product’s full warranty. If the duration of the full warranty has passed, Domus Vita Inc. will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product for a nominal charge of 35% of the product’s repair fee or current retail price. This Sealy product is under full warranty for 1 year from original date of purchase. Domus Vita Inc. reserves the right to substitute materials with that of a similar quality if the original material is not available. Domus Vita Inc. will not be responsible for any freight charges incurred in repairing or replacing products. Misuse or Neglect: Domus Vita Inc. does not warrant damage due to misuse or neglect, i.e. this is a sofa bed, not a trampoline. This remedy is the original purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under the Contract of Sale, and in no event shall consequential damages be recovered by the original purchaser.
