HMF Capsules provide four strains of proprietary human-sourced probiotics that support healthy gut flora in adults and children. The microflora composition in the gut is relatively steady, although it can be altered by diet, stress, age, and medication use. Probiotics support healthy bacterial balance to maintain healthy intestinal function. Probiotics support the epithelial barrier and mediate the integrity of tight junctions, which control permeability. Lactic acid bacteria Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria are the most commonly used probiotics, and effectively colonize the intestines.

Good product
I'm trying this to reset my intestines after C-Diff caused by Clindamycin. I read this may help. It's only been a week but seems good. Better to wait the month to write a review but it seems like it's working.
