I'd like to start with that it is, thankfully not "100 packs," equaling 10,000 as the description said. ha! It was more like 100 balloons. They worked great for my kids' blacklight dance party themed birthday. Some of the colors didn't stand out as strong as the others, but overall, they did the trick. Many had small pin size holes I noticed once I blew them up and tried tying them, so I had to toss those, but with a pack of 100, I had more than enough to work with.
