AMAZING product and customer service
Like the other review says, there is an issue with them cutting out. This can be easily fixed by doing a firmware update though. I purchased these used and the boom mic was missing form the box. I contacted Lucidsound via email and their excellent customer support guy said that he would send me the boom mic and any other missing accessories free of charge. On to the quality. I have owned Astro A50s for xbox, and these are EASILY superior to those. Not needing wires to hook them up is a huge plus, the sound quality and volume is also noticeably better. I currently also have Turtle Beach Elite 800s, HyperX Cloud Revolver S, and Asus ROG Strix Fusion 500s. The ASUS are still my favorite pair, but LS35x is now firmly in the #2 spot.
