Solaray - Men's Liposomal Multivitamin High Potency - 120 Veg Capsules

I've been taking Solaray's High Potency Men's Liposomal Multivitamin for several weeks now and I'm really impressed with the results. The liposomal delivery system seems to enhance absorption, and I feel more energetic and focused throughout the day. It's also great that it's in vegcap form, making it easy to include in my daily routine.

It's almost impossible to find a good quality multi that doesn't have xxx-x,xxx% of your daily intake of vit's and min's in 1 to 2 doses. Multi's are suppose to be a supplement not a primary, and you don't need copious amounts either. I love the fact that almost everything is just %100 RDA. They use superior chelations for minerals(besides mag.), and coenzyme B vitamins. Best of all is the Liposomal delivery system. I suffer from pretty severe gastro issues and I usually cannot tolerate “normal” multi's, even higher end brands. I get no ill effects from this multi and actual am starting to feel a bit better. May be placebo, but it's not hindering me like the others. I am a firm believer in the Liposomal delivery system now.
