Nipple assists with a wide latch

Purchased bottles for the slow flow nipple (Walmart only carries the fast flow nipple sans bottle). The nipples are great, helping my son to widen his latch. The bottle however disappoints - leaks everywhere and feels cheap. I've hacked the nipples with my Avent bottle using Maymom collars with EvenFlo lids/Spectra collars and lids.

Helped to stop my boys from spitting up by decreasing spillage, and they've latched better to these nipple designs which has helped to strengthen my boys suckling muscles, but the ventilation system doesn't seem to always work.
