I started painting indoor window sills last week. After sanding, primer, more sanding, finish coat with even more sanding, I was not achieving the smooth, brush stroke free finish I wanted. My wife got me the TC Pro, as a gift, after researching various options. I didn't want a larger system that used a lot of paint just to set up. The TC Pro had many of the advantages of the larger sprayers, such as multiple tip selection, spraying any angle, powerful enough for latex and light weight handling. After reading the manual and watching a few videos, I test drove the sprayer by applying primer to some window aprons. I highly recommend this as good practice prior to trying to spray a finish coat. Once I had an understanding of how the tool worked with different settings (speed and tip sizes), I applied the finish coat to four windows. The outcome was excellent. Significantly better than my brush work, and at a fraction of the time. The paint looks like glass and the coverage was excellence with one coat. I had one minor drip as I was a little heavy on one edge. Cleanup is a bit of work, as you can not run water through the system easily. It just takes three for four flushings to get it paint free. I would rather spend time cleaning up after a perfect job vs. sanding multiple coats, to get it professional looking. Not a single clog, overspray with a fine tip was minimal, power was sufficient set at less that midpoint, 5. I wish the big box stores carried the tips in stock, though. I had to order a fine tip from the online site. Great quality tool, I can see a lot of applications in the house or outside on my ranch.
