I love these multivitamins. I have taken them when I was a child and now my own children take them. I prefer these over gummy multivitamins for kids because my youngest needs a little iron in her daily vitamins and these are the only ones I've noticed has iron along with everything else that I personally think should be in a multivitamin. Others that include iron don't have very many other vitamins and minerals in them. These original Flintstones vitamins have it all and I love that. They also taste pretty decent. My youngest doesn't care for the taste very much so I usually have to bribe her with a drink or something but at the same time the pink ones are her favorite.

My bloodwork is always good when the Doctor tests my levels. They have been good for me. I chew 2 a day but I would recommend them to everyone looking for an effective absorbable daily vitamin.
