First of all, I was looking for an AFFORDABLE sulfate free shampoo. Well, this kids shampoo popped up while I was searching, so naturally, I thought if it was a kids' shampoo, it would not be harsh. I also color my hair from time to time. And I didn't want my hair stripped. Well I was impressed with first use. This shampoo lathers up plenty without harming my hair. And it cleans really well! Squeaky clean without leaving it dry. A little shampoo goes a long way. This buy was definitely worth it! Im buying again.
