this had made pumping WAY easier and now it no longer hurts. like the variety pack cause i want sure what size I was. I thought I'd be a 13 turns out in a 17 so the variety came in handy because i didn't have to wait plus some people change sizes over time so I'll have the others in case that happens and i like that security. it fits into both my manual pumps it also fits into my electric wearable pumps. you don't lose suction which is a huge issue with other flanges. i highly recommend these
