10 Minute Solution: Prenatal Pilates

I Love this workout. I used it for my first pregnancy. Currently using it now with my second pregnancy. It helps with keeping you toned and stretched out. Especially convenient because you can break the workouts up into ten minutes or if you have more energy then you can keep adding a workout at a time. I would suggest this even for those of you who are pregnant and have never worked out. Its easy and effective for your aches and pains you seem to get during pregnancy. :)
