I have been taking biotin for my hair, because of different other complications. I really appreciate that I can get it through Walmart and even have it delivered. This specific one also includes vitamin D and vitamin E! This is the exact dosage that I had been taking previously and liked that this one also included the extra! Although I would always prefer to go into Walmart and purchase other things I would like to have, that is not always a possibility.
