really good buy

this kettle is worth every cent! It only takes about 2 minutes to heat. It has a switch that is lit while heating %26 flips up when it is hot. But..this kettle is HEAVY so use BOTH hands when you pick it up. The outside is warm to the touch. Up by the spout it can be a little hot- so watch where you put your hand. I fill this kettle with 8 cups of water each time because I make a lot of iced tea. The interior is stainless steel- after I use it, I leave the lid up so it can dry, then wipe out any left over moisture with a paper towel- I do NOT make the tea in this kettle. I am extremely happy with this kettle.
