Hero Bread Sliced White Bread, 15.9 oz Loaf

This is a very good option if you are looking to reduce carbohydrates in your diet but still want to enjoy eating a good wholesome white bread. We had some very picky eaters here who didn't notice the difference between this and their typical white bread.

At first the smell was a little off putting but not for long. I kept the bread refrigerated for fear of mold because I don't eat it everyday and some reviews spoke of the bread molding. My first two loaves faired just fine but my third loaf didn't. I felt like I ate this one I thought a lot quicker but it did mold half way through before I could finish it. I love the taste and texture of the bread in cold sandwiches. Not so much in the form of hot types like grilled cheese or even toast. It seems to take an exceptional amount of butter to establish the flavor of buttery goodness and brown to create a flavorful texture of whatever you're making. Don't get me wrong, I love this bread and would definitely recommend it, you just have to take all this into consideration and use it to your own preference.
