the best. the only brand i buy. i put two scoops in morning coffee. no taste, no smell. nails are stronger, but i've taken it every day for years for whole body health. every cell needs collagen. it's the glue that holds the body together. useless in stuff like skin care, shampoo, etc., btw--the molecules don't work that way, lol.
