We love the pool, But the delivery was not good he un loaded about 3 tenths of a mile from the house in a field a neighbor found it and called my son in law and he had to go get it, It was on a. Pallets and very heavy. Delivery driver drove past my house an unloaded it in the field. I was afraid he might have damaged it but it is working hopefully it will be ok. Do not buy from this seller he not Walmart. items had an issue %26 returning item was $530 shipping they wanted to deduct from return plus keeping % due to opened. How would a customer know an item has issue from just looking at a box is impossible. This seller wants more money or basically 100% of what the purchase price was to return the item. Terrible scam seller. Read fine print unfortunately it on recipient after you purchase.

Installed the pool which took three days. Started filling up the pool only to find tiny pin holes in the pool. It had to have happened in manufacturing. The holes were all at the same height and the same size. Frustrating!!! A brand new pool with holes.
