Very easy-to-follow instructions. Setup was straightforward and only took about 30 minutes with basic hand tools (I recommend using a socket wrench if available). Surprisingly sturdy for being so light weight and I love all of the different built-in exercise options. Doesn't require much space at all, which comes with the trade-off of the barbell rack being a tiny bit too narrow for my liking. Certainly not a deal breaker by any means. Overall, I'm very impressed by the value and quality!
