I buy Dairy Relief for my son because he has to take it almost every day because I use dairy products when I cook and he eats most of what I cook. Dairy Relief helps to keep him working and not miserable and in the bathroom all day or all night. I buy these quite often since as I have gotten older my intolerance has increased in severity. I largely try to avoid dairy but I cannot give up ice cream, pizza or lasagna. I keep a couple of these in all of my purses, totes and backpacks. They have yet to fail me. They taste pretty good. Just remember based on the amount of dairy consumed you might need to take more than one.

After receiving my Ileostomy, I was no longer able to tolerate my favorite food group: dairy. Upon trying these tablets, I was happy to be able to consume milk, ice cream, and cheese, once again. I prefer the Equate vanilla over the brand name vanilla tablets, and found both brands work well.
