It works great until it stops working. I've been through two of these and neither made it more than a few uses. That said, maybe it's just bad luck. Customer service is great and responds quickly. They stand by their product so it's possible I just don't have good luck with these things.

NO O-ring for the pump!!! Leaks when not running

I received this item and it installed wonderfully but there was no O-ring for the pump!!! I searched the packaging carefully but there was not an O-ring in there. I have used plumber's tape for now but I need that O-ring! The one for top of the pump. Right now the pump leaks continually when it is not working. I have attempted to stop this but I am finding it difficult to make my plumbers tape work. Please let me know what I should do. I do not want to put out more money when this should have been included.
