Fresh Whole Sweet Onion, Each

I buy these regularly because I honestly prefer sweet onions over yellow onions for a lot of cooking. The flavor is milder and slightly sweeter, which works really well whether you’re sautéing, roasting, or using them raw. They’ve been consistently fresh when I’ve picked them up, with good firmness and no soft spots. I’ve also used them for the viral onion “chips” recipes going around, and they worked perfectly because the natural sweetness really comes through when cooked. Reliable quality and great flavor. Would buy again? Yes.

I use the delivery service, so sometimes I receive onions that are softer than I would select, myself. Also, sometimes the shopper selects yellow onions instead of sweet onions. The last couple of orders have been correct plus very firm and crispy. It's mid-June, in Virginia… maybe they are more fresh than the last ones.
