Under bed storage bin

There are 4 bins to a box/order, so we ordered quantity of 2 for total of 8 bins. When the packages arrived on time, one box appeared to have damaged with a penetrating hole. Upon opening the box, 3 of the bins had the bottoms broken and plastic pieces floatng arond inside the box. I took pictures and then called the contact number in the email sent following up on our order. I explained the situation to the representative and that I had pictures available and I needed an email address to send them to. He said that it was not necessary and that he would a replacement order delivered. Within 3 days, our package arrived and the bins were undamaged. Amazing. And they actuallly fit under the beds.
