Removing brush and small trees is a huge hassle and anyone who has tried to remove brush or small trees knows how frustrating it can be. Here at Brush Grubber, we could never find any specific products devoted to removing small and large brush, and the old methods of wrapping a chain around small brush, using a shovel to remove roots, or trying to remove something larger were never easy. So, we put our heads together and the original Brush Grubber idea was born in the form of a tool that allows you to pull shallow-rooted brush and small trees easily and quickly. Everyone who tried the Original Brush Grubber said: This thing is great." We heard it so many times that we thought we must be onto something good, something so good that we decided to patent the idea. Now, since the original model, we've developed a full line of tools and are working on more. Our range of tools has models for use by hand, models for use with ATVs or UTVs, and models designed for use with skid loaders or small tractors. Now, we have a way to grip and pull out clumps of larger trees and shrubs. The BG-18 Heavy-duty Root Buster by Brush Grubber is the perfect tool for busting and cutting up roots to help you clear your land. This simple-to-use product quickly and easily slices roots up to 18" deep without slipping off. The unique, hardened, V-shaped blade is 6" wide and has a serrated edge to grip and cut roots with little work. The blade is even replaceable to keep your root buster cutting like new. The slide-hammer design allows for more force and greater cutting capabilities. The Root Buster measures 4' for overall length, making this tool the perfect height for optimal leverage. The tool weighs only 15 lbs. to make busting up roots effortless. Brush Grubber's Root Buster is safer and easier than alternate methods and won't rip up your landscape like other methods. The bright green color is highly visible for your convenience. Best for use on shallow-rooted trees and brush. Functionality can vary by root system, tree type, soil type, and ground conditions.

Great Tool.
The Root Buster HD is the most efficient way to cut roots that I've ever seen! Some pretty nasty storms rolled through a couple months ago and knocked down a lot of trees in my yard leaving a ton of exposed roots. The Root Buster HD worked flawlessly cutting and removing the exposed roots. It made cleaning up a lot easier!
Sturdy Tool
I bought 5 of these...one for each of my kids' families. Great versatile, sturdy and durable yard tool. We use it for many gardening activities. Especially cutting up roots and root removal.

This thing definitely does the job of cutting roots. If you're not in decent shape this thing will help out with that. It cuts through the toughest roots, but you'll definitely know you were using it the next day. Best yard tool I've purchased in a long time.
