I had to figure out a way to open it up without it snapping shut. So. I placed it on the door jab to hold it while I opened it up. Worked like a charm. Otherwise you will need two people. I use it for 15 to 30 minutes a day. After a couple of weeks, I noticed that my waist was smaller and my tummy flatter. Nice. I haven't lost any weight but I have lost inches. W I love this thing. I just bounce to music.
