They sent the kennel without ANY packaging.
The kennel itself is a great product. However, the company that sent it did not package it at all. It arrived completely scratched up and very dirty. It is completely beaten up. This is an expensive product, and it was treated like trash. I am very disappointed in the lack of care that was put in when shipping it. It is missing pieces because of how it was transported. I'm not even sure how to return it because it was sent without any packaging. I would recommend purchasing this kennel, but not from this company.
