One star off for shipping. They said they shipped a nearly a week before the tracking number went active. The item actually shipped on it's original delivery date. However the item was in good shape and as described. These are strange times. They are probably overwhelmed.

Ok seller, but I paid an extra $17 for express delivery and seller said the product would arrive in two days. Product was not shipped until more than a week later and delivery was about two weeks after the promised date. Actually delivered after the date that the free shipping option listed.

Will not respond after I sent 2 emails! I want my case I ordered it did not come and they sent a different oximeter! Not happy if you are going to substitute an item make sure it is similar!!!
