The packaging was somewhat damaged when it arrived but product was okay.

Horrible customer service. I first had to provide photos of what they sent me. They still insisted they sent what I ordered. Told me I could send them back but would have to pay for shipping. I sent an email back letting them know this is not good customer service. I should not be responsible for shipping. It was their mistake not mine. Now they want to just provide me with a refund of $4.00. That's ridiculous. Guess I just purchased 2 vinyl table clothes.

They lost order but I finally received it yesterday

Because through marketplace return could not go to store- after going back and forth for a few days it was finally handled.

Easily to get in contact with. They replied to email within 24 hours

received item quickly but unfortunately dissappointed with product , Happy to say they are refunding my money

Packaging was not very good. Boots were simply folded and put in a plastic bag. Had difficulty smoothing out creases in boots.

some how my walmart account got hacked and these were placed, i contacted the seller and they wanted to charge me 20% restocking fee and the shipping to return it. stay far away from the seller.

Seller wanted me to keep the small grinder and they refund half (1/2) my money. (If I wanted a 5" grinder, I would have ordered one) Seller does not want to send me a shipping label ( other companies do) to return wrong item they shipped @ my expense.
