We called customer service twice and explained our problems with nothing working. We finally got the main item itself working intermittently,but the remote was broken and never worked at all. They refused to give us a refund or replace this defective product without any resolution!! Very frustrating and disappointing!! I would NOT recommend this company for anyone’s future purchases!! 👎😩
