We received our package today and upon opening and charging the laptop that this seller sold us did not ever turn on. The power light turned on and CAPS button blinked. Pretty crappy thinking we are buying a new computer but we got sold a broken computer that didn’t even work. We returned immediately. I would NOT buy from this seller
