seller will not respond. need to return a chromebook bought thru them and walmarts computer wouldnt let them due to something on sellers end. ive sent emails and no response. i will let my attorney handle this as people should not get away with lying about the return policy and misguiding people angry and frustrated

I have contacted them twice via messaging they Walmart and they still have not reached out to me. Purchaseds 2 of these laptop and they are not working plus they are they backed by HP’s warranty because the seller upgraded the RAM and hard drive. I am getting 2 shirt lights and 2 fast lights. HP says that it’s because of their install that caused the damage.

This whole ordeal was horrible. No seller help, UPS opened and attempted to steal the package, and Walmart was caught in the middle attempting to help but decided they "couldn't do anything" the package contents do not seem to be harmed [as of this post as I have not booted it up yet]. the box was open, exposing the clearly labeled "Asus Vivobook" box within. this gives the impression the delivery driver OPENED IT and confirmed, "Oh, cool a laptop." and he decided it was now his property. he would fake 3 attempts to deliver and then keep it for himself. I fought for 2 hours with Walmart online customer service, UPS customer service, the delivery driver's supervisor and never once was responded to by the seller Tiger Tech ,to get this resolved. I was told to GO TO ONE OF THE DELIVERY DRIVER'S STOPS AND PICK IT UP. He was less than 1min away and could not come to my door because he had a specific time to be back at the main hub. When I got to the stop, he was just sitting there.
