Your product worked flawless the first and only time I removed a free wheel. I used JB Blaster on it letting it soak a day or two prior to removal. Thank You for being beside people who want to repair there own bicycles!

Seller doesn't seem to be knowledgeable about the item they sold me. The listing was misleading in several ways...The SET UP appears to be a kit to install it on your bike. IT IS NOT A KIT! The dual shift cables needed to operate this N330 Hub does NOT come with the dual cable housings required. They suggested I use my old cable housing. 2 shift cable housings are needed, NOT noted in the listing... I never use new cables in old cable housing, it's just a bad idea. A bike shop should know that but they didn't. If they understood their product they would know a typical bike has ONLY ONE cable running to the rear shift derailleur/sprocket cassette. As this N330 Hub uses 2 cables to operate, reusing your existing housing would leave you needing one additional cable housing. The listing has 2 sources of information about the N330 Hub. The box in the listing pictures and another being listed in the details... One says A Disc Brake is an option and in another part of the listing it states it is set up for rim brakes. Set up for a rim brake provides you with the plastic cap that covers up the mounting holes for the disc brake mount. In all information on this hub that I received with the hub, and found elsewhere when researching the N330 Hub, it shows the hub with the exposed 6 bolt hole pattern for the common disc brake as being a interracial part of the N330 Hub. It shows that way of construction in all documents including in all paperwork and instructions included in the box, that these holes are there and it is ready to accept your disc brake disc. Presumably under the plastic cap screwed in place to cover the 6 holes when the disc brake option is not being used. As the vast majority of new good quality bikes use disc brakes and based on all available information these holes should be under the plastic cap. This was NOT the case and is NOT made clear in the listing. When requesting the needed part from this company OR another Hub with the disc brake mount I was told they had neither... After going round and round with the company about the disc brake info in their listing not being made very clear... As well as the fact that the new shifting cable is actually 2 cables and for some reason they do not come with the cable housings required for an install. I was getting frustrated to say the least, so I ordered the adaptor off of ebay. Well the company representative repeatedly spoke to me (via email) in a very condescending way. After a very long and multiple set of emails with this employee the same condescending tone repeatedly kept coming from the company representative... After repeatedly educating them as to their listing being very unclear on several items they still offered nothing... Once pictures were included that supported my many concerns about their listing they then said I could return the N330 Hub. Since I had already purchased the disc brake adapter from ebay which the N330 Hub is built to accept... At a cost of $50...

overall I bought it for a Shimano build and the bike is done in complete so it is a good good bye.

I ordered tires from this company, and they sent them without signature required. As a result, their courier dumped the box on our stairs (which of on the sidewalk in Bed-Sty, Brooklyn, NY) I have a doorbell and a home office, and they never rang my doorbell. I was home and was home at the time of the box dump. I am not responsible for stolen items when I am home.
