I ordered this toy in plenty of time for my three-year-old granddaughter's birthday. What I received was a toy that had been opened and was broken. I called and asked for a replacement and they assured me it would be here for her birthday in two days. It did not arrive until two days after her birthday. I will not order from primrose again
