I was sent a pair of headphones that didn’t work whatsoever and after being told on the phone that they would check their inventory to see if it could be exchanged, I was emailed no that they no longer replace or exchange any orders so I paid $56 for a completely broken and unusable product and they will not refund me or work to rectify the situation. Walmart should ban this company from selling on their app if they will not hold them accountable. DO NOT BUY FROM TEKREPLAY
