Product arrived looking like it had been thru a tornado. Box was crinkled and damaged. Glad it was inexpensive item. Will not buy here again.

Packaging and shipping box were not adequate. Box was way to big, product was not packed firmly inside (moved around) and could have been damaged. The wall mount accessory parts box was not inside the plastic wrapped unit. Could have been lost in shipping.
