It took a long to to spend the item, but it was in good shape boxed nicely.

Shampoo ordered. Received advertised brand and style. However the photo shown in the ad was for a much larger container. The container I was shipped was a smaller bottle. I feel the correct size bottle should have been pictured in the ad.

Right before using the product I received, I opened discovered I was sent the wrong color (6NN instead of 6NA) and the product was used with 1/3 the tube missing.

The product is awesome for hair with lights, I use it as a conditioner which suffices what I need. The price is also good!

Wrong item was sent and seller required photos to authorize return. The expectation was I would have to repackage, print a label and drive to a FedEx store. Then, as stated in the email, the amount of the refund would be determined. Just return through Walmart. They’re much more customer friendly.

Worse customer service ever! Sent numerous messages and did not receive a response even though I kept resending the messages! Their color chart is super confusing Their email is wrong on their website and it gets returned as undeliverable! Save your money and order from a responsible seller that cares and answers messages on a timely manner! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I messaged the seller about an issue with the formula in this product but received no response. While it wasn’t necessarily their fault, something was definitely wrong with the shampoo. The ingredient blend was extremely watery yet overly oily, unlike its previous thick consistency. By the time I opened the shampoo to use it, my return window had already closed, leaving me at a loss—especially since it was expensive.

The order was lost and then they said they were out of stock. We went to eBay to get the product. Previously we had always used Walmart but we now have changed. They had a bad supplier.
