This grate is a replacement to an (I thought ) identical one, retired after 20 years. Turns out, this grate is a MUCH lighter version of the one it's replacing. It'll do the job, sure... but it'll be retired waaaay sooner than the one it's replacing... still it raises the logs off the hearth floor... not a lot of surprises there... moving on

The product itself is very cheap, but I can’t afford the cost of constantly replacing the batteries.

I love the item and have wanted one for years. The seller got it here in a timely manner.

Seller didnt really communicate very much. Packing could have been done much better. By the time i got the item, 3 of the corners had been dented in to the point that i had to rework them so the item would work properly.

No real communication, product did fulfill its purpose. I had to buy another one elsewhere.

The delivery was a bit slow but considering the season they got it to me before Christmas and was as advertised

Shipping and handling was bad. A small toilet bowl brush arrived in a box that was huge. It was almost 3 feet long and about two feet wide and filled with 55 air cushions. No wonder it was so expensive as I am sure all those packings supplies are $$$$

Spray bottle nozzle was damaged in shipping, packaging was not adequate. Luckily we had an old bottle to swap out.

Not sure how to set up communication with this company, question could not be fielded through Walmart . Toaster does not evenly toast!
