I think this company has to address their quality control on shipments. This item was shipped missing a pin that is inserted into a hinge that attaches the lid to the ice crusher body.

Thank you this second transaction went perfectly as expected. The first transaction was for just the Gerber Kukri knife only. The Kukri is over 19" long and I was sent a 3" long plastic part from something?? I took it to Keith in Customer Service here in Redmond Oregon and he helped me return it for full credit. You were out of the Gerber Kukri item so other than my time everything worked out ok. Keith did an excellent job and I would like to thank him for his help.

I received the tote quickly. It was well packaged and arrived without incident.
