My bench was high quality wood (fabric could have used an upgrade), and it was well packed in a very sturdy box. It was shipped and delivered on time. Instructions for assembly were present and easy to use. All in all it was a good transaction, and I would order from Cortesi Home again without hesitation.

I have no idea why you believe Key Inc describes this seller. As far as I have been able to determine, the seller was identified as CozyStreet, found at https://cozystreet.com/. Further, I went to their website and searched for Key Inc and they returned nothing on that search and I could find nowhere that they provided an access to information about that company name.
