This has been perhaps the worst experience of my life. I ordered the product on December 23 at price of $99. The order was cancelled by the AI system on December 31 because it was late. I was told I had to reorder but the price was $165. I was told they would honor the price of $99 and the order price would be reduced. The order shipped and I was bill $165 tax. I called and was told i would get credit within 48 hours. In the meantime, Bissell shipped me three of the same items instead of just one. I was able to get two of them cancelled enroute and returned to Bissell. I am still fighting to get the original price of $99 honored. I have talked to at least four Walmart reps and always promised I would get the credit with in 48 hours. Today January 9, I talked again to a rep after not receiving the credit and was told it will take 10 days. Believe me when i say this was the abridged version of what happened in this all-time worst online buying experience. Then they transferred me to a supervisor who promised 48-hour resolution but would not commit that I would receive the credit for the price of $99. Then I was cut off. I hope to resolve this, or I will return the product and will never buy from Walmart again. Saying this is the worst buying experience of my lifetime is an understatement.
