The packed came well packed so it was not bounced around. I did not contact them because if settings were not adjustable, there wasn't anything they could do about it.

Communication was ok early on, but the more questions I asked, you could tell that the cubicle jockey I was dealing with got tired of seeing my name come up as I was deciding if spending over $500 bucks with them would get me the data I needed. He would take days to respond, and finally he closed my ticket I noticed because their system told me I had a new ticket number. It was like being hung up on, just by email. Called their human support number listed on their yellow card, "to call before returning," and got a guy who made a promise to send replacement AA rechargeable batteries on Friday, but on Tuesday the original email guy emailed me that they weren't sent yet and wanted proof they were actually scratched up by the wood screws they packaged in the same tiny bag with them. Like after spending $560 on their gear, I would scam them for $5 batteries. Long story short, poor customer service, poor packaging on the outdoor PM 2.5 sensor letting the batteries get damaged, and poor design on same sensor that it cannot be used with an AC adapter to get one minute updates because they put the usb receptacle inside the case and no hole in case to put a cable. So returning the equipment, was a big disappointment.

Great, l just had trouble with the directions on how to set up. It needs to be improved that’s all.

Description was accurate, shipping was accurate, too.

The temperature feature went out within 2 weeks of using, wouldn't come back on. Customer service at Ambient said it's defective.

Don’t buy cheap knock-off weather stations (we did this a few months ago and “fought” with it connecting and staying connected).

this is a very interesting item, designed many years ago as a barometer. To work correctly it must be balanced and leveled 100%. I highly recommend this item
