When ask to return they got back with in 24 hours, but only offered a discount to keep the jacket and give to someone as a gift.

I started A return twice and no one has gotten back to me!!

I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASE FROM THEM. BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT DO 100% . WHEN I CARRIED TO WALMART STORE THE GIRL AT SERVICE DESK .GAVE ME RECEIPT WITH INSTRUCTION FOR ME TO MAKE REQUEST REFUND. BUT THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME FULL 100% REFUND.

Really it shoud be NO STARS and I will never order from this vendor again. Items received were the wrong size. When I asked to return them, vendor offered me 30% refund and said I "should donate the item" to someone. Awful experience.

Item too small and couldn't return or get money back

I asked for an RA and they offered me 30% off discount to keep the product. The product is useless to me so I said no, I prefer to return and get a full refund. As they are in China, I expect this will be very costly... what a mistake!

Product was just as described, a great value for the price and arrived earlier than promised. No problems here.

contacted seller to return and refund. Only offered 30%refund then negotiated 60%refund and I can keep the shirt and donate it to someone else per the sellers suggestion. I have no use for this shirt
