i would give them no stars!! I cannot contact them there is no phone number they send me only two of an order of 48!!

Incompetent seller. I ordered a metal detector. They sent me a paper shredder. It took a month to get my refund after item was returned and received at warehouse. But...they only refunded the item cost and kept the state tax.

My product was not delivered and I contacted the seller to let them know

I wasn't happy that the vtech phones I already have don't work with these and I lost my answering machine but that's no fault of vtech

I liked the tray is bigger on this one and heavy duty.
