I reached out to them to ask for help, but we couldn't get through. We purchased the printer during the COVID quarantine, so I completely understand that it's a hard time to talk to real people. I didn't have time to wait days for a reply, so I returned this printer to Walmart and purchased a new (brand new, not refurbished) printer.
