I can't rate the equipment because I've not been able to use it. I was sent broken item. That shouldn't happen. Now I have to go through the hassel of mailing back the broken product.

The people were very professional and their delivery was very fast. I ordered the printer on July 22nd and it was to arrive on July 31st. They delivered it on Sunday the 26th. I was very impressed will how fast it was and how well the package was wrapped.

Delivery was much faster than expected and the packaging was great. No white styrofoam crumbs all over the house. There were clear instructions on contacting them in case of a problem.
